  Name: Lorraine ______ Chapman Age: Looks 21 - 27, really 164 (born in 1864) Species: Whitelighter Suggested celeb: Anna Kendrick, Alexis Bledel, someone like that. Must have dark hair and blue eyes but suggestions are welcome. Personality: Pretty much open. These two were incredibly close before their parents died and they became even closer still when it became just the two of them so I would like that to become the case again when they reunite. History: See Devon's app here for his history. Lorraine was seventeen when Devon died and he was brought back to life a year later. She caught glimpses of him occasionally when he checked in on her but just thought that he was watching over her like he had always promised to do. She settled down and started a family of her own but her life was still cut short. How she died and what she has been up to since she became a whitelighter is up to whoever takes her but I would love for these two to meet again in San Francisco and bring back the sibling bond that Devon has been missing from his life for so long.
